Jen + Ben

I rarely gush, but I just might have to gush about Jen and Ben. First off, there's this: I was introduced to Jen and Ben by the fabulous Jenna Lindberg (nee Faden), who has known them forever. Jen and I first met at Jenna's bachelorette  party last year, and now I have the pleasure of being able to photograph her and Ben's wedding next July!

But you don't have to wait that long for the fun, coz the fun starts now.

We took a little field trip out to Smithfield, RI to do their engagement shoot in the fields by where Ben grew up, with a short stop to pick up some pie's (because, as you know, I love food in engagement sessions). The little (big) fellow tagging along is Dozer. Jen told Ben to button up. Ben decided to show off his chest hair instead. Ben's grandfather used to land planes in the field (they even have a small airplane hangar on site!) so we had a little fun with the wind sock. This lady has the most stunning eyes. You hear that, Jen? STUNNING. Some puppy love. Jen made this for her save-the-dates. We had awesome fun with it. Someone in Ben's family collects old trucks. What a collection, right? And to top it off, a little boating fun.
